Planning, duties, class coverage relative to schedule change in secondary

An impact bargaining settlement has been reached regarding secondary planning time, duties, and class coverage when no substitute is available.  Although elementary teachers are not impacted by the schedule change, they are impacted on the availability of substitutes.  The district agreed to include all teachers in the language regarding substitute/class coverage.
